In the Lok Sabha on Thursday, the Sound Revision Act 2019 has passed. After the new amendment, a penalty of one crore rupees will be imposed on the base data store, although the base amendment act is yet to be passed in the Rajya Sabha.

Union Minister of Information Technology Ravi Shankar Prasad has answered the members' questions about the House Bill Amendment Act 2019 and said that the focus of the security of the data of people has been given. He said that without anybody's wish, his base data can not be stored and if any such person is found guilty, strict action will be taken against him.

According to the Base Amendment Act 2019, the basis for bank accounts and SIM cards will not be mandatory. If a person is not providing information about their aadhar for these tasks then it can not be constrained. In other words, you do not need to give Aadhaar card to get a SIM card and open a bank account
You can present a voter card as an identity.

In case of national security, the base data will be visible
Ravishankar Prasad said that the information of the country's 123 million people is completely safe and it will not be shared with anyone. He said that if he also sees the data of anybody as a minister, he can be jailed for 3 years. 

Prasad said that "the data of the Aadhaar can only be accessed in the state of national security".
