Indian passport holder NRIs will be made very easy to form Aadhaar card.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has announced in the General Budget 2019-20 that Aadhaar card will be issued on the arrival of non-resident Indians who hold Indian passports in the country. At present, NRIs having Indian passports have to wait 180 days to get Aadhaar cards.

Nirmala Sitharaman said in her speech, "Aadhaar card will be issued without waiting for the 180 days requirement of Indian passport holder NRI." This announcement of the finance minister will benefit NRI people very much. They will be able to easily complete their KYC and make financial transactions within the country.

Not only this, getting the Aadhaar card will easily make NRI filing an ITR. According to the current basis rules, every citizen of the country has the right to get a base number. However, Indian passport holder NRI has to wait 180 days. Due to taking such a long time in getting the Aadhaar numbers, there was a lot of trouble for NRIs.
