PAN - AADHAR CARD INTERCHANGE LIST 2019


These 10 rules associated with the Pan-Aadhar card have changed, now we have to give the Aadhar Card


In 2019, changes in the rules related to the PAN card and Aadhaar card have been changed. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has changed the rules of filing of Aadhaar card, cash withdrawal, cash deposits and ITR filing. The focus of the government is to curb black money, promote digital transition and bring transparency in the country.

These are pan card and aadhar card related rules :

1. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced in the budget that those who do not have PAN card can now file their tax returns by giving their Aadhaar Number.

2. Now if you do cash transactions of more than Rs. 50,000 then you can give the base number instead of the PAN number. If you deposit more than Rs. 50 thousand in the bank, then the base number will work.

3. If you buy gold worth more than Rs 2 lakh then the jeweler asks for a PAN card from you. Now you can give your base number to the jeweler.

4. If you are going to buy a four wheeler vehicle then you can now give the base card instead of the PAN card.

5. Now a PAN card will not be required for credit card application. Here also the work will be done from Aadhaar number.

6. If you pay 50 thousand rupees cash on a bill in a hotel or if you spend so much in a foreign travel, then work will also be done from the aadhar here.

7. If you pay 50 thousand rupees as a premium to an insurance company in a year, you will be given a aadhar number instead of a PAN.

8. If you buy shares of more than Rs. 1 lakh in a company which is not listed, then there will also be work from the aadhar number.

9. even after buying real estate worth more than Rs. 10 lakh, can now give the aadhar number instead of the PAN. 

10. mutual fund investments and purchase of shares. These rules will be implemented as soon as the government approves the finance bill.
