Step1- First visit https://resident.uidai.gov.in page. Click on Aadhaar Authentication History on there.

Step2- Then enter your base number and the security code created in it.

Step3- Then click to generate OTP. This will come on your registered mobile number.

Step4- After inserting OTP, you will get full details. But before that you will have to tell a deadline.

Step5- If you notice anything in it, then complain about it. Aadhaar can also be locked online.
